Afif in Digital Scrapbook
My digi scrapbooking attempt. I pray to God that Afif will inherit my creativity one day. I love art. Of course when Afif celebrates his 1 year old birthday next year I'm gonna be designing his birthday card. *winks* of course it's gonna be beautiful. he's sleeping now downstairs but I missed him so much hehehehe... so that's why i never stay online for a long time like last time before i had him. most of my time now i spend with him, playing and cuddling and laughing... oh ya, he knows how to laugh already now that he's 7 months old. he's so cute at doing that hehe Afif, mummy loves you so much.

that is one looooooooooooong title. but hey,i'm 6 months old now. had my first solid food already. my mom made me home made bubur nasik with blended carrot & raisins. she likes to make sure that i get fresh food for my first solid food. maybe later she will give me commercial cereal. but only fresh home made cereal for now. oh, and she bought me a PURPLE Bumbo heehee... i like~

Note to Son
Dear Afif,
This month you are 5 months old. It seems like just yesterday i was taking you home from the hospital and worried on that drive home. I honestly can’t believe 4 months has gone by so quickly. I hope time starts slowing down so that I can savor all of these moments with you.
I know that I might not have been the best mom so far because of all that was going on, but I’m getting there and noticing such an improvement with myself. I hope you know how much I love you and what a delight you are in my life. I look at you swinging away and grunting right now and I smile. You really are the greatest gift from up above and I hope that I show you that daily.
You are growing up so fast! You already seem to be getting chubbier cheeks and I can’t wait to squeeze them! (I’ll be gentle, I promise.) I can’t wait to weigh you today to see how much you weigh now!
I want you to know that when you look into my eyes when I’m feeding you, I melt. You have the most beautiful eyes I’ve ever seen. So deep and full of meaning. Just perfect.
There’s so much that I want for you in your life, but I guess we have time to get into that in the future. I don’t want to rush things… After all, you are only 5-months old, so let’s just enjoy that milestone!
Just know that you are the most perfect little boy in the world. Thanks for bearing with me as I learn this whole mom thing & I promise that things will just keep on getting better for all of us! One day at a time, right?
So as you nap away right now, I hope that you are having sweet dreams and I’ll be right there when you wake up.
